Contact Source

Tell us what happened, what you expected, and your browser name, browser version and Source version. A screenshot or the website where the issue occurs can help. For purchase issues, include your payment reference or the email used at checkout.

Please don’t send passwords, full card details, license keys, or private assets.

Restore your Pro purchase

Open Source in your browser and choose Get Pro, then Restore Purchase.
Enter the license key from your Source welcome email.
Let Source verify the purchase to unlock Pro.

If you can’t find the email, check your spam folder, then contact us with your payment reference. You don’t need to buy Pro again.

Move Pro to another browser

Pro supports one active browser installation. In your currently activated browser, open Options, then Move Pro to another browser. Copy the transfer code and enter it in Restore Purchase in the new browser.

Codes expire after 10 minutes. Successful moves have a 24-hour cooldown. Generate the code before uninstalling; if you no longer have access to that browser, contact us.

Manage your purchase

New Source Pro purchases cost $29 USD, paid once, with no recurring charge. The purchase includes all current and future Source Pro features and updates for one active browser installation, with transfers available.

Open your Whop membership settings using the account you purchased with. You can view your purchase there. If you already have a monthly or yearly subscription, its original terms still apply and you can cancel renewal in Whop. Uninstalling Source or removing a saved license does not cancel an existing subscription. Contact us before purchasing again if you need help with your current plan.

A scan is missing assets

Wait for the page’s content to load, scroll to the assets you want, then scan again. Check that Source has the website access it requests. Results depend on how the website loads and serves its content.

If the issue continues, send us the page URL and a description of the missing asset, provided the page is safe to share.

Free scan limits

The free plan includes three scans in a rolling 24-hour window, with up to 30 assets per scan. Each scan becomes available again 24 hours after it was used.
