Why isn’t every graphic an SVG?

A logo may be a PNG, a CSS shape or part of a canvas. Source won’t turn those into original SVG files. Check the image results if there isn’t an SVG version.

Can I reuse what I find?

Downloading a file does not grant a license. Use assets you own or have permission to use, and follow the rights holder’s terms.
